New Hides

Construction of two new and one completely renewed hide (Illmitzer Pferdekoppel at the edge of reed belt of Lake Neusiedl!) is approved. Next week it will be authorized by the board of the national park. So costruction work will start as soon as possible and just right in time for The Pannonian Bird Experience 2010. Friday, 18 September 2009 a kick-off event takes place in Kőszeg, Aradi vértanúk parkja for the new PaNaNet project. PaNaNet (PannonianNatureNetwork) is a unique cross border network of Hungarian and Austrian national parks and nature reserves of the Pannonian region. Alois Lang will present the Pannonian Bird Experience 2010 during this event.
PaNaNet will be present at the Pannonian Bird Experience 2010. PaNaNet offers the possibility to discover the protected areas and diverse landscapes of the region in special tours and excursions during the fair.
